What are DocuWorkflows?

DocuWorkflows can be used to link work steps for any number of users in a traceable process. Every step carried out is logged and can be traced later.

One or more documents that are PDF-capable, such as Office or text documents can be used as a basis to create a workflow. During the workflow you can display information and request and collect e.g. values, text, signatures etc.

Examples:

eSigning: Sign contracts or orders

Approvals: Budget approvals are being obtained

Information: Employees are informed about changes e.g. in the GDPR or must confirm this

Personnel: New employees are provided with everything necessary as part of an “on-boarding” process
